The rules of the road for using WanderWise. We've kept the legalese to a minimum because we believe you should actually be able to read and understand this.

Agreement to Terms

By using WanderWise (wanderwiseguide.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — but please don't use the site. WanderWise is operated by Make No Mistakes LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Service Description

WanderWise provides the following services:

Personalized Reports ($67 one-time) — A custom, AI-generated credit card rewards strategy report based on your spending habits, travel preferences, and current card portfolio as provided through our 12-step intake form.

Monthly Points Intelligence ($19/month) — An optional subscription for ongoing points strategy updates, new card recommendations, and seasonal travel rewards insights.

Free educational content — Articles, guides, and resources about credit card rewards and travel strategies.

Important: WanderWise reports are educational and informational only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not licensed financial advisors, and our content should not be taken as professional financial guidance.

Independently verify credit card terms, fees, and benefits directly with the card issuer before applying

Understand that credit card terms and rewards programs change frequently and may differ from what is described in your report

We make no guarantees about the potential rewards value, savings, or outcomes described in any report. Actual results depend on your spending, card issuer terms, and program changes beyond our control.

Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

You authorize us to charge the applicable fee to the payment method you provide

Report purchases are a one-time charge of $67

Subscription services are billed at $19 per month on a recurring basis until canceled

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change with notice

Refund and Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your WanderWise report:

Reports — If you are not satisfied with your personalized report, contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@wanderwiseguide.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Subscriptions — You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time.

User Responsibilities

When using WanderWise, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information in the intake form, as the quality of your report depends on the accuracy of your data

Use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only

Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our report generation process

Not share, redistribute, or resell your personalized report

Not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our services

Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services

Intellectual Property

All content on WanderWise — articles, reports, guides, design, logos, analysis methodologies, and software — is owned by Make No Mistakes LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your personalized report is licensed to you for personal use only

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission

The WanderWise name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Make No Mistakes LLC

Normal browsing, bookmarking, and sharing links is absolutely fine and encouraged.

AI-Generated Content

WanderWise reports are generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). While we design our AI prompts and systems to produce accurate and helpful recommendations, you acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies

Recommendations are based on information available at the time of generation and may not reflect the most recent card terms or offers

You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it

Affiliate Links and Commissions

WanderWise reports and website content contain affiliate links to credit card products. When you click these links and apply for or are approved for a credit card, we may earn a referral commission from the card issuer.

Affiliate links are presented through our /go/[card-name] redirect URLs

Using our affiliate links does not cost you anything extra compared to applying directly

Our recommendations are based on merit and suitability, not on commission amounts

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Make No Mistakes LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses

Damages resulting from your reliance on information provided through our services

Damages resulting from credit card applications, credit score changes, or financial decisions made based on our reports

Service interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content

In plain English: We do our best to provide helpful, accurate information, but you're responsible for your own financial decisions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:

Your right to access our services will immediately cease

Active subscriptions will be canceled without further billing

Previously purchased reports will remain accessible

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (limitation of liability, intellectual property, governing law) will continue to apply

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of WanderWise after changes means you accept the new terms.
